The neighborhood is bordered on the north and west by the city center, on the east by agricultural land, and on the south by a park. Vacant spaces, often known as underused or green spaces, and agricultural land used for the cultivation of agricultural products compose this area. At the heart of it all, vibrant agricultural lands flourish, bursting with the bounties of the earth and providing sustenance for the entire community. It’s a vibrant, thriving ecosystem, just waiting to be brought to life.
The dynamics of urban growth in the current socioeconomic context present a significant challenge to the adaptation of the city, infrastructure, and service system to the needs of the population.
The goals of the Urban Regulatory Plan are the regulation of public space for housing development, adjustment of the built environment, providing the necessary infrastructure such as water, sanitation, electricity, and telecommunications, and drafting an easily feasible plan that respects professional principles. Our plan proposal specifically addresses the problems that affect the entire city of Suhareka.
