Our urban planning concept focuses on several key elements to create a vibrant and livable community. We also prioritize housing variety, with a range of options from apartments to single-family homes to promote inclusivity and community engagement.

Another crucial aspect is the design of residential sidewalks, paths, and streets to ensure safe and accessible pedestrian travel throughout the community. We recognize the importance of parks and open spaces to promote community health and well-being, and we prioritize connectivity with the creation of public transportation networks, bike lanes, and pedestrian walkways.

In addition to these core elements, our concept includes two main components: economic-industrial reform in the southeast and recreational and agrarian reform in the northwestern side.
