These steps are essential for ensuring a well-planned and successful river regulation project, guaranteeing long-term flood protection and improved water management in the Fushe Kosove Municipality.

Accurate surveying activities were conducted to gather precise data about the river basin’s characteristics, such as topography, water flow patterns, and existing infrastructure. Based on the collected survey data, an in-depth design was developed to address the flooding challenges experienced along the 6-kilometer stretch of the Sitnica River.

The design incorporates innovative engineering solutions and best practices in flood management to minimize damages and provide sustainable protection for the surrounding communities.

In addition to surveying and design, this project extends its support by assisting in the preparation of essential tender documents. These documents play a crucial role in the selection of qualified contractors and ensure a transparent and competitive bidding process.

To guarantee the project’s success, a thorough bid evaluation is conducted to assess the proposals submitted by potential contractors. Evaluating the bids based on predefined criteria ensures that the most qualified and capable entities are awarded the contract.
