This location is on the outskirts of the town but is still highly active in terms of the urban area. The plan proposal was primarily focused on the following characteristics to permit the vast extension toward the city center: road classification, pedestrian movement, access to housing and their typology, density, and height, handling of urban blocks, social, administrative, and public facilities, and free public spaces. This Regulatory Plan is a promising tool to define, plan, and express policies and regulations necessary to preserve, enhance, and, yes, build a great neighborhood.
